Prove transfer: in a single coach-LOCKED 3-hour window, build and deploy a fresh tool-using agent against a real public REST API the student has not used before, push public, write a one-paragraph reflection.

Public repo foundations-checkpoint deployed to a live URL satisfying the brief: typed tool calling an unseen public REST API, grounded LLM reply with citation, refusal on out-of-scope.
